Our founders -
Paritosh, Shravan, and Jitendra – all IIT alumni with successful careers, gained invaluable insights while working with renowned institutes in India and abroad. With over a decade of experience as faculty members, they have worked and produced top ranks in JEE Advanced, NEET, and Olympiads with institutes like Allen, FIITJEE, and Pace.
Having worked in multiple institutes and run a highly successful program in Qatar, they identified key areas for improvement in traditional educational methods. They decided to bring their proven, refined approach to The Lamp Classes, and the opening of our first branch in Bhopal marks the beginning of a new chapter.
